Because this is a made-to-order, custom-tailored product, all sales are final, and ordinary return or refund rights are completely waived the moment production begins. THE SOUL IS IN THE EFFORT Thorjarn is not a mass-produced fashion accessory. Our framework concept demands personal effort, patience, and mechanical discipline from you as the owner. You will sit at your own workbench, handle the hardware, and perform the final adjustments to make it fit your wrist perfectly. This hands-on process is exactly what gives the product its soul. We do not provide any after-sales resizing, watchmaker adjustments, or return-servicing at our headquarters in Ålesund, Norway. We engineer the hardware and provide the tools—the remaining craftsmanship and pride belong solely in your hands.
